Goal Zero announced its new line of Yeti portable power stations at CES 2024

If you’re going out for a hike or for camping, having access to power is one of the most important things. This is why Goal Zero announced three new incredible portable power stations for people who want to disconnect without unplugging. These are the Yeti 300, Yeti 500, and Yeti 700 power stations. These all offer an amazing power output for people to keep everything charged.

While there are three different models, all three of them are powerful enough to power larger devices such as mini-fridges, air pumps, pellet grills, and even some larger power tools. This means that you’ll be able to keep smaller appliances powered that you would use in your house. So, if you’re going out camping, feel free to pack items like a mini fridge, toaster, small TV, Etc.

They offer a great power output, but the power going into them is also very important. This is why these power stations have great fast charging. The Yeti 300 can charge from 0 to 100% and only 50 minutes, which is incredible. The Yeti 500 can charge fully in about 1 hour 30 minutes and the Yeti 700 can fill up in just under 2 hours.

This is incredibly helpful if you have to get ready in a hurry. If you wake up the morning of your hiking trip only to realize that you forgot to plug it in, it won’t take too long for it to charge.

When it comes to the lifespan of these portable power stations, Goal Zero implemented LiFePO4 technology. What this means is that you should be able to use these devices for a full 10 years before any issues show up. That could equate to more than 4,000 life cycles if used daily. So, if you use these power stations intermittently, they should stay around for a bit of time.
